A ticket booked with mmt reference nn[protected] from singapore to bangalore for 11.03.2020 in airindia express flight ix485. The airlines cancelled the flight problem for operational reasons and refund was sent by them through invoice to mmt for ultimate credit to my credit card account. Reference rccegh for rs.9855.67 dated 03.03.2020. The airline again confirmed through an email that the amount has been transferred to mmt and i should get it from them. But the mmt is holding my money and playing all kind of drama by blocking their contact avenues. The complaint through their web site says you have completed the journey. My efforts to explaining them that the flight itself was cancelled and the airline has sent refund to you is simply ignored number of times and simply give reply that the journey is completed. They are acting like fools when the flight itself is cancelled how can pone complete the journey. And the drama is still going on,
