MakeMyTrip India — Refund for double payment

I Rakesh Bhadoo booked hotel Royal Orchid, Jaipur on 20th Sep, 2020 and at first made payment through Internet Banking. The payment wad deducted from my account but room was not booked. Later on I made payment through Credit Card Rs 7599/- and the hotel booking was confirmed vide booking id NH[protected]. But why the payment is recieved twice for a single booking. Payment Rs 7599/- should be refunded to my account. It has already been more than a month but still the payment has not been refunded i.e the payment done through I Banking.
