We have booked a round trip flight from New Delhi to Amsterdam on 30th May'22 for travel Dates 7th Sep to 23rd Sep'22 from make my trip.
Our flight rescheduled twice, and updated tickets received for date 5th - 23rd Sep.
Due to some unforeseen circumstances we have to cancel our flights on 3rd Sep'22. Our tickets were partially refundable.
We were supposed to receive 65, 438 from make my trip as we cancelled our flights.
It's been more than 106 days we are following up with make my trip for the refund. We have made more than 30-40 calls to MMT for refund. However, there is no response received from MMT, no email communication, no Calls/Msgs.
Every time we call, they are sharing false information that amount has been initiated from airline you will receive in 3 days/ 2days. Sometimes they say amount is not initiated by the airline yet. As per the airline refund policy the refund should be credited within 90 days from the cancellation date.
We have shared out account details & tickets details with MMT on 26th Oct as suggested by MMT agent
We are mentally harassed by make my trip. I am attaching all the emails communication we have done so far. We have not received the amount also they have shared false Information. They put us on hold for hours and sometimes disconnect the call.
We have attached all the email communication, we had with MMT so far.
We seek compensation for mental harassment, invested money and invested time during multiple follow up calls and Emails to MMT along with our cancelled flight refund.
