MakeMyTrip India — refund for the cancelled flight on 9th october 2019

Hi, i have booked tickets for travelling from tinsukia to pune on 9th october 2019.
But plans changed & i cancelled my ticket.

Mmt is yet to refund me the amount of 11000/- approx.
I have been following up with them consistently, but they just keep delaying the stuff.
