Reference to the subject matter, we have booked the tour for our 25 th Anniversary details - BOOKING ID NL[protected] with great difficulty, but due to this worldwide corona issue - tour spots are closed, flights cancelled, hence trip cancelled from make my trip.
This being universal problem, which none o[censored]s have expected this situation and moreover this is the first trip which we have planned on the occasion of our 25th anniversary to make it memorable and we have chosen make my trip which is a trusted and no.1 travel site.
The amount which we have paid is with great difficulty by keeping all our savings since long and our amount is blocked for more than ten months and reply received from your end stating that we will get a refund of 60% of what we paid, which is not acceptable .
Pls do consider and revert back by considering ours as a special case and issue refund to the maximum of 95% as there is no fault of mine. .
This would be a great help and thanks in advance.
