[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Refund has not been reverted into bank account from a month

Refund for booking id NF[protected] has been deducted from wallet but it has not been credited in my bank account. It's been a month now. My request id[protected] is also open from 5 days. I haven't been able to get in touch with a representative either. Please look into this issue
