I had booked a room for the weekend (22 January 2022 to 23 January 2022)and cancelled the booking on sixteenth January 2022.According to the cancellation policy, I am supposed to get a full refund of Rs.4430.I haven't received the refund as of Twenty fifth of January 2022 but the app is showing that the refund is credited. The money has not been credited to my account yet. I am attaching my bank statement herewith. I hope to get the amount refunded as soon as possible or else I will be going to the consumer court for my rightful compensation. Booking ID: NH[protected]. I have dOne a booking with make my trip, 1st amount got deducted but booking was not completed, I tried again for 2nd time... Amount again' got deducted and booking was confirmed. But as per my bank statement it's showing payment deducted twice. Can I get my refund.? As soon as possible. It's been too difficult to contact your consumer care. Very disappointed
