Ref the complaint made a few minutes ago - i have been trying to post this message in the comment section below the complaint by it is not getting accepted hence this fresh message.
Kindly ignore the second booking (Nf[protected]) complaint mentioned as i have spoken to the airline & they have clarified that the entire amount has been adjusted to the date change booking i had done. I apologise for the confusion as i had been informed that there would be some refund, hence i mentioned it. However the rest of the complaint stands. I look forward to the issue getting resolved asap. I would like to add that mmt has held onto my money against my wishes for three months. Was this information helpful? |
