Sir I booked my train ticket on 15 march 2017 which was unconfirmed it was almost 30 days done till now I have not received my refund I called many times on customer care but my problem not solved I also Cross checked with bank also but not received my amount iam very much disappointed with make my trip I suffered a lot for this no right answer given to solve issue. kindly help to solve problem soon So that I can do another booking which iam pending for this issue of refund

Updated by Poonam gopal sharma I booked train tickets on 15 of march 2017 which was unconfirmed I have not received my refund after 30 days, I call many times on toll free no also cross checked with bank also my booking id is NR[protected] Please send my refund soon it is very disappointed that for refund we have to wait for long time and complain again and again
