Sir I booked my train ticket on 15 march 2017 which was unconfirmed it was almost 30 days done till now I have not received my refund I called many times on customer care but my problem not solved I also Cross checked with bank also but not received my amount iam very much disappointed with make my trip I suffered a lot for this no right answer given to solve issue. kindly help to solve problem soon So that I can do another booking which iam pending for this issue of refund Was this information helpful? | |||||
