I have booked a cab from MMT on dated 04-Dec-2021 3 AM under booking id NC[protected] from Noida to Nainital and return cab was also schedule on 6-Dec-2021 3PM under booking id NC[protected] from Nainital to noida. But the cab did not came today for pickup(NC[protected] ). Driver did not picked the call as well. On 04-Dec-2021 03:15 AM I called the customer service and he said that driver is coming in 20 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, again I tried to call the driver. This time he picked the call and said he is not aware about any booking. I felt he was drunk. I called again customer service, then he said he is checking with vendor. Vendor called me and said that driver fall asleep that is why he was not able to pick the call and got late he can send the driver in an hour. Costumer service also assured me that in an hour cab will come for pickup but after waiting for an hour still the cab did not came. Finally on 5:30 AM the customer service apologize for the inconvenience and ready to cancel my both cab booking with prepaid refund amount + compensation. I asked him for hotel booking refund as well because that could not be cancelled now and this is not my fault that the cab cancelled. I paid Rs 3770 for hotel bookings. My whole night spoiled along with my schedule.
Representative said he will mention this in request and try to refund hotel booking amount as well.
After some some i got message that NC[protected] booking has been cancelled and prepaid Rs 916 will be refunded. but the return NC[protected] booking still not cancelled and If I am trying to cancel it there is not refund.
I tried to call customer service but now they are not transferring my call to representative.
Through this complaint I want my prepaid amount refund + hotel booking amount along with compensation. As due to inconvenience caused by MMT service My family suffered whole night. I Paid 3770 to hotel under booking id is[protected] with Ekam lodge Tallital and also prepaid cab booking. Moreover this incident effected my mental health.
I have all the recordings of vendor and customer service executive.
I want it to be resolved asap.
