[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — refund issues and unhelpful customer service | |||
I recently booked a flight from ahmedabad to lusaka, zambia then decided to cancel it 2 days after because something else came up, now i've requested for my refund and nothing has been done about it. I was advised to send an email to [protected]@makemytrip.com which i did but nothing has been done about my issue, i've not got my refund or heard from them, instead i get an automated email response.
