[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — refund my money asap | |||
I'm Shubham, I have booked a bus ticket to Delhi from Katra (Jammu). The travel was scheduled on 10.6.19. Time 9.00PM I have reached the location Time 8.40Pm and But I have Not received any messages, e-mails Or calls (Bus Details And Driver Contact No) Even I received a message time is 8.54PM So I called that concerned travels (MVA) person, he told me that the bus Gone. My MakeMyTrip E-Ticket for Booking ID - NU[protected]. I haven't received any messages, e-mails or calls Timely so I missed bus. I have paid the complete money. I'm standing at the road without knowing what to do. Time is 11.15 pm now I got very much frustrated. I had a call with mymaketrip representative as well Please Refund my money ASAP. They are so irresponsible they not reply my emails calls, Chats (Proper Solution) Kindly help me get my justice Was this information helpful? | |||
