The issue that I have experienced was: Hi have booked the international flight ticket, my booking id: IN1B[protected].
due to corona, flight operations were canceled, after 8 months I have raised for cancellation on Dec 25th, and a refund request has been accepted on Feb 15th, after that every time I called customer care they saying within 3 working days my money will get deposited but till today I haven't received the money. I am calling Cc every day multiple times, but no one is responding correctly. no resolution yet. they are intentionally holding my money and running their business. kindly try to resolve my issue.
