MakeMyTrip India — Refund not being done

My air ticket id NF[protected] was cancelled due to Chennai flood on 4th Dec 2015 and was said that refund will be done by 11th Dec 2015 but since then i have been calling them and the response is that it will done in next 5 days and this 5 days is being said for the past 2 weeks. I need this issue to be resolved at the earliest. Regards Nisha
