MakeMyTrip India — Refund not credited in account

Since my last ticket was cancelled by airlines on 5 th May 2020 and I had given refund of Rs 5116₹ which was credited in wallet, and I asked to get refund in account which is still pending.
Kindly check why it is getting delayed.
