MakeMyTrip India — Refund not credited - MakeMyTrip

On August 13, 2022, I tried to book a rail ticket from MakeMyTrip with Booking ID - NR[protected], which was unsuccessful but the money was deducted from my Paytm account. On the website of MakeMyTrip, it was shown that I will receive the refund within 3 days but it's been a week and I still haven't received the refund in my Paytm account. The RRN number for the transaction is [protected].
