MakeMyTrip India — Refund not done - for flight booking

I have booked my flight on[protected] and the same has been cancelled on 29 Apr 2021, 12:46 due to covid lock downs, But so far there is no info on refund status. I have tried to contact at several platforms but all are vein no use at all. Today i have checked the status and i got the below in MMT page. Your refund application for [protected] sent to Wy is still pending approval. We have been following up with the airline regarding the delay in processing refunds and they have assured us that they will expedite the process.Once they process the refund, it will be auto-credited to your account and a notification will be sent. No telephonic/ e-mail follow-up is required. We appreciate your patience. Last updated: 10 Jul MMT has got the refund from the airline on[protected] but failed to refund to me and using my money for their business it not fair at all. whatever happened is happened. MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 28, 2021 Updated by tkkannandece So far no update on the complaint, will anyone there to attend the issue or i have to raise a consumer complaint again.
