I had booked an airline ticket from Mumbai to Nagpur on 6th May 2020 due to COVID the flight was cancelled and the amount was put in credit shell. even after long time since COVID is not yet cleared the airline has refunded the money to my make my trip wallet. Now when I am trying to take back the money of Rs. 20146.00 to my original pay mode they are not allowing. I have sent several mails as well as calls but no response. please help me gettting my payments. Was this information helpful? | |
