MakeMyTrip India — Refund not given for International Holiday trip | |||||
I made a International Holiday trip booking with MakeMyTrip. Due to Covid, the trip was cancelled and MakeMyTrip told to make refund in form of MakeMyTrip Holiday Vouchers in 5-7 working days. It is more than a month now and I have still not received the vouchers. No one replies on the email sent and their is no way to reach a customer care executive for International trips, neither their is any escalation route which is quite weird with a big brand like MakeMyTrip.
