[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — refund not initiated | |||||
Have booked a bus ticket from agra to new delhi on 11th aug but the phone number provided there was wrong so i was unable to board that bus. And raised a complaint for the refund on the very same date on 15th aug but till the date my refund has not been initiated. When i contacting with makemy trip customer support team they used to keep my call on hold for long and with the same answer from every single person that the refund has been initiated on 20th aug and asking to share the pdf of account statement if not received yet. I did that too but still they are saying the same thing instead of sharing any transaction reference number so that can check with bank for the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||
