[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — refund not processed yet | |
I cancelled two hotel bookings via makemytrip on 13 august. I have not received any refund in my bank account yet but makemytrip claims to have refunded the money. I have proofs from my bank statement to validate no refund was credited to my account. I have sent an email to the makemytrip attaching my bank statement as proof. There is no way to contact their refund team and they are not paying my refund. Was this information helpful? | |
