[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — refund not processed yet

I cancelled two hotel bookings via makemytrip on 13 august. I have not received any refund in my bank account yet but makemytrip claims to have refunded the money. I have proofs from my bank statement to validate no refund was credited to my account. I have sent an email to the makemytrip attaching my bank statement as proof. There is no way to contact their refund team and they are not paying my refund.
