MakeMyTrip India — Refund Not processed/Date Change Not Done

MMT is not giving back my money nor are they changing the date of my flight travel

I have an email from MakeMyTrip, stating that I can reuse the same amount till 05-Jun-2022.

This is with reference to your request regarding the cancellation through web form for Booking ID NN[protected].
As per our telephonic conversation on this number ********0780, no full refund would be possible as per the Airline circular. Also no partial refund would be possible as this is non refundable ticket.
This ticket status in open status and you can do the free date change and travel till 24 months from the original departure date that is till 05-JUN-2022. Also if regarding your new travel date the ticket price would be higher then you need to pay the applicable fare difference. Name change of passengers is not possible.
Your ticket status is now in open status and you can reschedule the ticket by contacting us anytime. You can contact to our customer care number[protected] by calling and selecting the correct option in IVR or you can submit the request for call back from your my trip section by selecting the trip.
Note: Convenience fee, insurance fee(if any), date change fee(if any) and donation(if any) is non refundable.
