My Del-Bom-Ixr flight on 8th October got canceled by the airline and airline has confirmed full refund to the agent (here, MakeMyTrip).
MakeMyTrip has not initiated refund even when airline is confirming the same. CUSTOMER care is never reachable. Just pathetic.
I am going to file a case with a pleaders notice by this weekend against these frauds, not because of the little money they have stolen, but due to the ### CUSTOMER service.
You people can't keep my money when its already authorized to be returned back to me by the airline.
