[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Refund not provided | |||
I am pissed off explaining my problem so many times. Simply I have tried to book train tickets on Jan 17, 2017. It was unsuccessful but my money has been deducted from bank. I haven't receive my money till now though I have been waiting for more than 14 working days intimated by the customer support. Check the mail copy attached. What the hell are they doing? We are sorry to read about the issue, In reference to your complaint regarding the refund for failed Id. Please note that as we have checked with the payment gateway team and as per them full refund of INR 302/- on 17Jan17 with RRN number#[protected]. We have sent an email on your registered e-mail Id.
