[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — refund not provided!!! no communication booking id - nl[protected]

I had booked online package for lavasa 2n along with the cab and made them the payment of rs23k approx for booking id - nl[protected], but all of sudden we came to know that booking for cab has been cancelled and after arguing and long discussion with mr piyush (Staff of mmt) we ended up our conversation that they will refund us the amount of 15k and we have the proof as a message from mmt and he informes us that we will receive the same in 3-4 working days!! Its been 4 dys now and when i am checking the refund status is reflecting as amount of 9993 has been processed for refund!!! I dont understand firstly instead of 15k they have messaged refund of 9993 and same has also not been credited!!! Pathetic service and cheap professionalism!!!
