I had cancelled this booking on 8th of June'2016 and have not heard back from Make My Trip till date. Three times I've called them to ask the status and every time what I hear is that it will take 36 hours / 72 Hours and the like. They have not given me a concrete information till date.
Turn around time to refund the money is of 6 days of which 3 days are taken by MMT and 3 by the Bank to refund but its been much more than that in this case and still no information on status of refund.
If that's the kind and level of service that's being provided than a disclaimer should also be added to the website that POOR SERVICE GUARANTEED.
I am not sure on where to follow and whom to escalate this matter because MMT doesn't seems to be bothered about the issue and the dissatisfied customers. There should be an authority placed to look into such issues so that matters like these can be highlighted and Company like MMT can have a control on what's happening inside. Such was not expected. I should definitely socialize the issue and should refrain all my known and acquainted ones from using this Website for any of the service looking at the experience. Was this information helpful? |
