MakeMyTrip India — Refund not received after flight cancelled by MMT

I booked my flight on December 3rd for jabalpur to Hyderabad for 4th January 2022. I chose the payment mode to be from my debit card. I entered the details and entered the OTP that I received on my mobile number. It took a little time to process and the amount got debited. But when I got redirected from the payment gateway to MMT MYTRIPs section, it said BOOKING FAILED. Book Again!

Due to MMTs Error, amount got debited from my account and I haven't got my refund back since.

Initiate the refund so that it gets credited in my bank account.
