I booked a round trip flight from kochin to singapore with booking id nn[protected].
I cancelled the ticket on 19th of august and i have got a confirmation mail saying my ticket was cancelled on 20th of august 2016. But i haven't recieved the refund yet. It was said that i will get a refund amount of rs.15205 with a cancellation penalty of rs:650
