MakeMyTrip India — refund not received event after two weeks

Due to covid-19 outbreak my flight with bookind id 0088 was cancelled and i submitted my refund claim and it's been over twoo weeks i haven't received my refund.
I've been trying to connect to an agent but the ivr keeps on repeating and forwards me on the same page.
