I regret to inform that despite several reminders the refund for my MAA-BOM-FRA-TXL and MXP-DEL-MAA air ticket which was booked on 10 Feb 2020 for travel in 24-31 May 2020 has not been completed (Ref. NN[protected]. The flights were cancelled due to CoVID-19 and as such are eligible for full refund of fare.
Every time, they raise a new refund request and say it would take 45-90 days for the airlines to settle, but nothing happens thereafter. This is despite the Court observations that airlines should refund the fare collected from customers during CoVID-19 lock down. This has eroded any confidence that I had with MMT to avoid booking any of my travel, hotel stays with them. Is there a legal way to sort out this. I am from a Government Institution and have paid the cash in advance from my pocket for the travel. It is hurting me badly because of this financially and mentally.
