Hi,
I had booked tickets for me and my mom on MMT on 20th Aug from NDLS to JAT in Jammu Rajdhani. However even with the amount of Rs 4605 successfully deducted, the booking failed.
A refund was initiated from MMT side and it was informed that it will reflect in 3 working days in the original payment form.
However, on checking the MMT App today, it is showing that the refund has been successfully credited to my account but I received no SMS/Email regarding this.
To be on the safer side, I downloaded my Band A/C statement also but the said amount hasn't been credited. This is blatant cheating and fraud by MMT.
Moreover, these scoundrels don't even have a consumer complaint redressal mechanism - What the hell am I supposed to do with the Self Help links!!???
Kindly refund the amount on immediate basis otherwise I will be more than happy to drag you to the consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
