MakeMyTrip India — Refund not received from 3 months Worst Experience

Unfortunately I booked train ticket of 1087 through MakeMyTrip India on 12th june 2023 booking ID is NR[Protected]. Ticket cancelled on 13th june 2023 due to the unavailibility of seat.MMT customer care said refund processed from their side but not received yet. Customer support team hasn’t given proper resolution. I checked with RRN number [Protected] with my bank, they said that they haven’t received any transaction.it has been more than 3 months. I contacted to Makemytrip through mail, call but not giving proper resolution.
