MakeMyTrip India — Refund not yet credited for my trip

Please help me to get my refund for my booking Salem to Secunderabad after the cancellation refund should be processed within the time. But I receive my refund yet. Booking ID is NR[protected].

Kindly do the needful to get my refund. Documents are attached for your reference, PFA.
