MakeMyTrip India — Refund not yet received for Amsterdam flight | |
MakeMyTrip Booking Id: NN[protected] I had booked tickets from Mumbai to Amsterdam on Emirates Airlines for 24th April 2020. Due to the pandemic, they had issued me another ticket for 16th November 2020. Since the flight was not operational, I cancelled this ticket and raised a refund request. I got a message from MakeMyTrip on 20th November 2020 that your refund has been processed and will reflect in my bank account in 4 working days. I have still not received any refund. MakeMyTrip's customer care is non-functional since March 2020 citing the pandemic. I have been calling their customer care every 2 days, but no one comes on the call and only an automated message runs there. The booking on the app or the website does not provide any option to contact the airline or the agent. MakeMyTrip has been delaying the refund which they would have already received from the airline.
