[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — refund of cancelled ticket | |
I met with an accident on 06/07/2018 which is prior to my travel date (09/07/2018) . I wouldn't be able to travel on specified date since my doctor has suggested me to take complete rest for atleast 2 weeks. So I have cancelled my trip( Booking ID- NF[protected]) by selecting FLIGHT DELAYED with cancellation reference no- INR[protected] . I am a frequent traveller and I prefer Makemytrip rather than any other travel booking app. Kindly consider my situation and refund the amount without penalty This is the complaint I have launched.
