I have cancelled the above mentioned tickets on 4th and 5th may of this year 2020
i have seen the refund of all the trips are already processed except one trip which comes under the booking ID NN[protected]
I have cancelled these tickets under the terms given during the time of booking these tickets
I'm expecting the refund of all the trips as per the terms given while the the time i booked these tickets
