I was intend to go on a holiday trip to Thailand on April 21, 2020 with booking no.[protected]. Sir, because of this COVID 19 outbreak my booking was cancelled but no refund has been processed yet. Sir, it's been 2 months since the cancellation and I haven't received any refund. I have contacted mmt so many times but there is no response. I have also emailed their regional heads and backened team but no action has been taken by them. I request you to kindly look into the matter and refund my amount in the original mode of payment as soon as possible as it is very difficult for me to wait now.
