I bought a trip to bali on 15 March and made a initial payment of 15733rs .my transaction Id is nl[protected] but my booking got cancelled on the basis of non availability of seats.From dat day I am asking for my refund and calling you again and again but whoever picks the call says that we will contact you shortly but I guess you don't understand the word called, "shortly".your customers care services are so bad and poor .I guess you have become so expert of handling consumer cases dats why you compel your customers to file a complaint against you for harassemnt.I don't know you understand the meaning of services even so don't harass me anymore and refund my money or will meet you in consumer court only .my complaint Id is[protected].
