[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Refund of money (more than one month) | |||||
I have booked a hotel on nov 2016 and cancelled it on 2 jan 2017 and now it's more than a month and i haven't received my money back whenever i call to customer care they only make excuses and no one is helping me when i talk to them they said talk to your bank and get it in written from your bank manager that bank has not received money i tell them that manager is not so free that he will give me in written because this is not his problem, i have given my bank statement to them and it is clear from my bank statement that i haven't received my money every time i call them they said we will talk to our accounts department and then we will inform you but now it's been a month and i have not received my money back these guys are giving me some reference no and saying that this no confirms that we have given your refund and now it's your bank problem we can't do anything plz help me what i do Was this information helpful? | |||||
