In this connection, it is to inform your that I have forced to cancel my trip ID: NF[protected] and PNR Z7159L for my trip from Mumbai to Delhi after reschedule the flight by the airlines. After cancellation request, it was informed to me that the refund amount of Rs. 10, 974/- was send to my wallet section instantly in the form of My Cash, however till date neither the amount was credited in wallet Section nor in original payment mode i.e. Credit Card causing difficulty to me. Further, I am unable to process the same through app as suggested on call of customer service and mail also. Please do the needful at an early date to avoid further mental stress to me.
