Hi I have registered a complaint to makemytrip for refund of rs.3810 to my bank account via complaint no, : reference id:[[protected]][protected]. As per makemytrip, refund was initiated on may 29, 2017 but i have confirmed from the bank that no refund has been received for the transaction number provided by the makemytrip. I have written so many times back to makemytrip against this issue but they haven't provided me any solution. This is highly unprofessional service from makemytrip. Verified Support Aug 07, 2017 MakeMyTrip India Customer Care's response Dear pranavabhi, In reference to your complaint, while validating your case we have found that our Management team has handled your case and as per available details it is reflecting as, full refund of Inr 4010/- towards the original form of payment was processed on 29-May-17. As your refund is still not reflecting in your bank account team, team is following up with the relevant department regarding the same. Can you please explain which relevant/concerned department you are talking about?
And how incompetent is this department which is not able to clear the payment.
