I had booked a hotel in goa named studio rooms in kamat, on 01/05/2022. My booking id is, NH[protected]. But the hotel did not seem to be any similarities to the images that are posted on your website. It was like an old abandoned hotel. Hence i had to cancel the booking.
I knew all the cancellation policy and before I could cancel my booking i talked with the owner of the hotel about the flaws and he promised for a refund if i dint like the room and hence i dint like the hotel and cancelled the booking on his concent for refund. But later on the refund wasn't processed. Later on when i contacted the owner for refund he said that he hasn't got the payment yet from MMT side so once he gets it he will refund it to my account.
Later on i even contacted MMT customer care and had a conversation with them, the person said it was a non refund booking so if he gets approval from the hotel owner he will refund the complete amount of Rs. 4845 to my account. On the call the customer care person even got the approval from the hotel owner and its been 5 days and still the issue is not solved and i haven't got the refund. So i would like to know the issue and get the refund as soon as possible.
