With reference to the MMT Booking ID NN[protected], I have been trying to connect with MMT customer service. Tried connecting via phone, email and Twitter, however not getting required response on Refund. They just use same response on Twitter, however my Refund query is neither answered in email nor on phone.
Ticket was booked for 19th April 2020, and due to Pandemic the ticket got cancelled and I got money in my MMT wallet in Jan 2021. I tried to push my money back to original payment mode which is credit card in Jan 2021. Till date MMT had not returned my money.
Requesting to process this request ASAP. Please let me know any further details are required from my side. Was this information helpful? |
