[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Refund on hotel booking | |||||
I never realized i made a grave mistake of saving my card details in the make my trip app. I shouldn't have trusted these business apps that are purely for business and care zilch about their consumers. Add to that, the so called pathetic customer support that is good for nothing. I was looking for a hotel room and i had some money in my mmt wallet, but since i was booking through the app, it wasn't showing me the final amount. So i went to the netbanking page and guess what they had all my details saved the amount got debited without even me having to click anything. Now i am paying for a room that the app booked by itself, where i am not even staying. Wonderful job make my trip! Thoroughly disappointed with the service.
