MakeMyTrip India — REFUND pending for more than 2 years (horrendous Service)

Ive attached the snapshot in which they agree to process the refund
My refund on booking ID NF[protected] is pending for more than a year for INR 6600.
They have removed the details of that booking from my account because i constantly complaint about it to them
