I had booked a round trip ticket through Make My Trip. The travel dates were 7th Nov and 15th Nov. The booking id is: NF[protected]
But later on 17th Oct, i cancelled one leg of trip which was on 7th Nov, 2015. I also received a confirmation mail from the company stating that my cancellation is confirmed and i will get my refund in 5 working days. (mail attached)
The refund never came. After repetitive calls, i got to know that the information displayed in mail was false and i will get my refund after i complete my 2nd leg of journey, i.e., after 15th Nov.
After 15th Nov also i kept on waiting for the refund but it didn't come. After waiting for good 10 days, i wrote a mail to company on 26th Nov stating my grievance about refund pending.
Initially i was asked to wait till 3rd Dec, 2015 but i didnt get my refund even then also. Then again i complaint and i got a reply that should wait till 5th Dec.
Then on 4th Dec 2015 i got a mail from the company stating that they are processing my refund and i will get it "in 7-14 business days or next biling cycle, whichever is LATER". (mail attached)
But till today i have not received my refund.
What kind of customer service is this? I have suffered so much mental harassment due to this careless and callous attitude of the company. Even after 2 months, i have still not got back my hard earned money.
