[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Refund processed but not credited to my account

My refund against Booking ID NF[protected] was reviewed successfully on 13th Dec'20 and it was mentioned that my refund will get processed by 18th Dec'20. However it hasn't yet been processed to my account and even after numerous follow up am not getting any revert back from your end. Kindly resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? Jan 1, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved After i raised the complaint of this platform, Make my trip has initiated the refund and provided me with the refund reference number (same got updated in my bookings on their app) and in 4 working days I got my money refunded. MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
