My Refund request due to covid positive was rejected by your organisation sighting unrealistic reasons such as your flight was not cancelled/ RTPCR report is not readable. Despite many complaints refund is not processed from your end and now auto reply comes that your complaint is closed. Details of issue is available in trail mail. However i am attaching Covid Report for your reference once again.
