[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Refund request for no show by bus. Booking id nu[protected]. Reference id[[protected]]

I filed complaint for refund as the bus did not show up. Requested refund and do not get any response other than standard automated emails. The contact number provided for the bus operator was switched off as well. Total amount to be refunded is inr 3094. Waited for 3 hours from 8pm till 11pm and had to purchase another 3 tickets.
