I made a booking for Collection O Hotel Vijay Park Near Chennai International Airport By oyo with the Booking ID - NH[protected], when I reached the hotel the property denied checkin mentioning that they have already ended the contract with OYO and no longer they are entertaining any booking of them.
I connected with the oyo support desk and they acknowledged the issue and initiated the refund and asked me to connect with MMT for the refund.
I raised the same complaint with the Account Manager of MMT dated 29th March and the email was acknowledged by him mentioning that the issue is being looked on and he will get it resolved, on dated 14th April I received a reply from the team that I need to connect with the support desk of MMT.
on 14th April, when I connected with the Support desk they informed me that since its more than 7 days so they can initiate the refund.
I have the full email thread with the Sales Manager, and also got confirmation from the Oyo over call that the refund is initiated. Was this information helpful? |
